Alalume is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping providers.

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.
